Films may not be shared to the public until participants are announced. Filmmakers hereby affirm that they will secure all rights (including without limitation copyrights) in and to all material included in the Film, including without limitation any and all images, photographs, performances, appearance(s) by any person(s), sounds, soundtrack and music (including without limitation compositions, recordings and performances).
Distribution rights to selected films will remain exclusive to The Film Race, until final announcement of project is made.
We encourage teams to include BTS footage in a separate file for use in possible documentary for us to create a possible documentary or feature film, uncompromised integrity and honor exhibited by submitting filmmakers is essential to our group's overall success.
